Adrenalin Junkies are guaranteed a rush . . . Mount Washington's bike park features 1657 vertical feet of downhill riding with 2 high speed lifts to get you to the top.

Mount Washington has downhill and freeride mountain bike trails for all skill levels. There are currently 18 trails to choose from (31% beginner, 33% intermediate, 36% expert) serviced by two lifts, the Hawk Six Pak Express lift and the Eagle Express chair.

Camps, Clinics and Special Days for Biking in BC

Mount Washington Alpine Resort offers camps and clinics to riders of all abilities and ages. From Kids Camps every Saturday and Sunday to Women’s Day Escapes with female instructors, there are opportunities for everyone to learn and enjoy mountain biking. They also offer guided mountain bike rides and private lessons.

Tread Shed

The Tread Shed on Mount Washington offers everything you need for your Vancouver Island mountain biking adventure. Check out their rental selection of Norco bikes, body armour and full face helmets. The Tread Shed also offers a full bike repair shop and a retail store.

Full day rental package including helmet from $89. Group rates, season lift passes and accommodation packages are also available.
