Tourism Mount Washington Bylaws

The proposed Special Resolution put forward for consideration and adoption at the Annual General Meeting on June 16th, 2012 to amend Bylaws 11, 64 & 65 was approved. An updated copy of Tourism Mount Washington's Bylaws (TMW Bylaws_V4_06162012) as amended by Special Resolution will be available for download shortly.
