The  special resolution presented at the August 18, 2013 AGM amended to Bylaw 17 regarding voting rights under Part 4. The resolution was passed and a duly amended copy of our bylaws (TMW _V5_08182013) .

The proposed Special Resolution put forward for consideration and adoption at the Annual General Meeting on June 16th, 2012 to amend 11, 64 & 65 was approved. The Associations were duly updated (TMW _V4_06162012) as amended by Special Resolution.
